Silver Jubilee Celebrations
2012 will be the Silver Jubilee Year of Shantivan Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal and therefore the ensuing year will be a very important year in the history of our Mandal. We will be completing the TWENTY FIVE years of successful, dedicated and devoted service to the residents of Shantivan in particular and Mumbai in general. It has been decided to celebrate this milestone in the annals of our Mandal, in a befitting manner with grand Silver Jubilee Year Celebrations, commencing from October 2011 and culmininating during the Ganeshotsav 2012.
Apart from the rituals of Ganesh Pooja, we have been organising various arts and cultural activities, competitions, sports and games for the Shantivan residents during Ganeshotsav every year. We have also organised blood donation camps on August 15th for the last six years. The Shantivan Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal has grown from strength to strength over the years and now it has become a significant entity of Borivli. This remarkable achievement was made possible due to the tremendous support and co-operation of the residents of Shantivan and our well wishers.
As a part of the Silver Jubilee Celebrations, various arts, cultural, sports, games, social, health and awareness activities. will be organised. Accordingly, at least one event will be organised by the Shantivan Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal every month from October 2011 onwards.

October 2011
1.Logo Competition:
2. Rangoli Competition: 30th October from 3 PM to 5 PM.
3.Carrom Tournament: from 15th October 2011 Onwards.
November 2011
1. Signature Campaign for Transport facility: on 20th November
2.Public Safety Awareness Campaign: 26th November 7.30 PM
